In other words, if some people have more economic success and accomplishments than others is because they have worked harder. In this podcast series on meritocracy, I will analyze critically the different aspects the meritocratic ideal takes for granted.

Also, I will show how this way of interpreting reality can lead us into harmful ways of living our lives and treating others.
